KFC

Dear blog,

One of the hit news been spreading like mushrooms growing after rains in the social networks is the KFC hitting customer case. Happen in one of the restaurant in KL, I-City branch if i'm not mistaken. Saying that the staff is hitting the customer. My apology, not able to obtain more details on this. However, whenever I heard about this, i still stand on the customer side. Because the staff is selling his/her services to the customer, in which they should comfort the customer even though they being nonsense. One of the business theory is that 'customers are always right'. So, in my very own opinion, i support the theory. No matter how troublesome the customers are, we should use another approach to convince them. That's the skill which i think the staff do not possessed. Maybe the training they had are not sufficient. Or maybe is the one's attitude. And there are too much possibilities. And the manager should settle the issues well too. Saying about boycott KFC because of this issue, i think it is really ridiculous! And I don't think it will actually took place too. okay, that's all from my point of view.
